One of the major projects I led during my time with the City of Edina was a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for the Public Works “Big Trucks” Open House. The event saw over 1700 people from the Twin Cities metro and beyond in attendance and was deemed a major success. The following is a detailed example of the strategic planning and budgeting that went into the project over several months as we saw the campaign through completion.
